In this position, you'll leverage your interpersonal skills and banking knowledge to provide tailored solutions that meet customer requirements. Key Responsibilities:
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments per TD's guidelines
• Recommend tailored banking solutions based on customer needs
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary
• Promote banking products to achieve business objectives
• Maintain a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere
Requirements:
• High school diploma and 1+ years of experience
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet use
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
Use your people skills and initiative to enhance customer experiences at TD as a Customer Experience Associate.
