This role represents a critical position within IntouchCX, integrating operational investigations with compliance strategies. As a Compliance and Insights Analyst, you will employ your analytical skills to detect fraud and safeguard operational integrity. You'll engage directly with data, identifying patterns while navigating internal compliance mandates and protecting against financial and legal liabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze transaction data to uncover fraud patterns

• Monitor operational data for emerging fraud trends

• Conduct investigations into internal alerts of misconduct

• Lead structured interviews with employees and witnesses

• Prepare audits and ensure SOP compliance

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Fraud Investigation or Compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• Certifications like CFE or CISA preferred

• Advanced SQL and Google Sheet skills

• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
