In the Senior Actuarial Analyst position, you'll oversee essential analyses while guiding junior analysts. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting complex actuarial analyses, preparing budget forecasts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead complex analyses on claims and premium forecasting
• Maintain monthly executive reporting for key business lines
• Mentor junior staff and guide them through analyses
• Prepare sections for the corporation's annual General Rate Application
• Collaborate across departments on joint projects
Requirements:
• Five years of actuarial experience
• Proven mentorship and leadership in an actuarial context
• Ability to present analysis effectively to leaders
• Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics
• Proficiency in Excel, VBA, PowerBI, R, SQL, Python
