In this senior role, you will lead client engagements within BDO’s Transaction Tax Services team. Your responsibilities include overseeing buy-side and sell-side transactions, designing tax structures, and preparing technical deliverables. Engaging with junior team members will ensure effective mentorship and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead buy-side and sell-side transaction engagements

• Design tax structures for both acquisitions and divestitures

• Prepare technical deliverables outlining tax implications

• Coach and mentor junior staff to enhance skills

• Identify business opportunities in private equity transactions

Requirements:

• CPA or LLB required;
Master of Taxation preferred

• Minimum 7 years of tax services experience

• Familiarity with M&A transactions is essential

• Strong analytical and communication abilities

• Dedication to team collaboration and client service
