Position: Strategic Financial Executive Role
Cereals Canada is seeking a strategic leader for the Vice President, Finance & Business Management role in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This full-time position is central to optimizing financial strategies and stakeholder relationships.

As a key member of the executive team, you will manage the finance department and provide essential leadership in financial planning and operations. Responsibilities include advising the CEO, leading budget creation, and maximizing funding strategies while ensuring compliance with regulations. You will also prepare management reports for senior leadership, shaping financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic financial planning and execution

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and treasury activities

• Build relationships with government and industry partners

• Oversee financial statement preparation and audits

• Provide guidance on risk management and compliance issues

Requirements:

• CPA qualification and over 10 years in senior finance roles

• Solid experience in financial reporting and control

• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities

• Background in agri-business or commodity sectors preferred

• Domestic and international travel capability
