As a Client Engagement Representative, you'll connect with clients as they enter the banking center, helping identify their needs and introducing them to tailored financial services. Your knowledge in banking products and commitment to exceptional service will create meaningful client interactions. Leveraging technology to assist clients in navigating digital banking tools is a big part of this role.
