Key Responsibilities- Oversee P&L; analysis and profitability reviews
- Partner with business lines for annual strategic planning
- Generate insightful performance reporting dashboards
- Implement operational risk management practices
- Develop talent and maintain a high‑performance team culture
- Bachelor’s in Finance or equivalent; MBA desirable
- 10+ years of FP&A; experience in insurance
- Knowledge of actuarial concepts and IFRS 17
- Robust strategic thinking and analytical abilities
- Spanish language skills are beneficial
