Wawanesa is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the Manager, Finance Business Partner. Ideal candidates will bring at least three years of financial analysis experience and proficiency in tools like Power BI. This role encompasses preparing forecasts, variance commentary, and detailed reporting to support the financial integrity of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support budgeting, reforecasting, and monthly plan management

• Prepare detailed financial plans and performance reports

• Conduct variance analysis, identifying key drivers and trends

• Create monthly performance review materials for discussion

• Maintain key performance indicators and financial metrics

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of financial analysis experience

• Expertise in Power BI or similar reporting tools

• Post-secondary degree in finance or accounting

• Strong understanding of budgeting and management reporting

• Excellent communication skills for management reporting
