As a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, you will develop strong relationships with TD customers through effective guidance on banking products and solutions. You'll address daily service transactions, educate customers on digital banking, and assist in resolving queries to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers with service transactions and digital education
• Direct banking queries to the appropriate staff or solutions
• Educate customers on emerging digital banking trends
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions
• Recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience
Requirements:
• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada (IFC) certification within 6 months
• Preferred post-secondary degree in a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch software
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
