In this full-time role, you will work closely with the CFO, handling daily accounting tasks and financial oversight within the organization. Key duties include managing transactions, financial statements, and budgets while ensuring compliance with funding agreements. A focus on leadership will help you guide a team in a mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a finance team with five members

• Approve monthly financial transactions and budget allocations

• Prepare comprehensive financial statements regularly

• Oversee adherence to internal financial policies

• Monitor cash management and flow projections

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of financial management experience

• CPA designation or equivalent experience

• Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities

• Proficient with financial software and Excel

• Commitment to supporting community initiatives
