Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and US GAAP

• Manage company-wide financial risk and internal controls

• Collaborate on M&A due diligence and integration

• Lead finance teams to develop forecasting models

• Conduct detailed reviews of financial contracts

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of senior financial leadership experience

• Professional accounting designation preferred

• Proven ability to enhance operations and drive growth

• Experience with ERP systems, ideally Net Suite
