Position: Access Credit Union Lending Officer Role
Join Access Credit Union as a Lending Officer, located in Winnipeg. This full-time role focuses on personal credit assessment and building member relationships.

As a Retail Lending Officer, you will take charge of all personal credit granting processes, from analyzing loan viability to promoting a comprehensive range of credit union products. Your member-centric approach will ensure you meet client needs while also contributing to the credit union's financial goals. This role is pivotal in maintaining relationships and resolving member concerns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze member needs to recommend credit products

• Thoroughly complete credit applications within guidelines

• Provide detailed explanations of credit terms to customers

• Collaborate with loan processing for accurate documentation

• Identify and manage loan delinquency through communication

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 diploma and related post-secondary qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience

• Strong decision-making and prioritization skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Familiarity with risk management standards in finance
