Position: Tavoron Finance Executive Role
Take on the challenging role of Vice President of Finance at Tavoron for their Automation Integration segment. This executive position focuses on leading financial strategy, compliance, and team development.

As a vital member of the executive team, you will report to Tavoron's President and CFO. Your expertise will guide the financial planning and reporting processes while managing intercompany relations and risks. You will lead a high-performing finance team and drive operational efficiency to support strategic growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance across regions

• Optimize financial processes to mitigate risks

• Lead talent acquisition and develop finance personnel

• Navigate complex financial scenarios for acquisition planning

• Conduct market analysis and pricing strategies

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of experience in senior finance roles

• Degree in Business or equivalent, CPA designation preferred

• Proven track record in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships

• Familiarity with POC accounting principles

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
