This position requires a proactive individual who can support the finance department through document preparation and administrative coordination. As a Finance Administrator, you will oversee deal jackets, track discrepancies, and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external lenders to ensure timely deal completions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and organize deal jackets for accurate file submission
• Verify paperwork including contracts and titles
• Assist in processing funding packages and follow-up tasks
• Maintain accurate deal logs in dealership systems
• Support compliance standards with all documents
Requirements:
• Previous administrative or finance experience is preferred
• Automotive dealership experience in finance or titles is a plus
• Strong attention to detail for documents and data
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership systems
