Elevate your career with RBC as the Manager of Pension Solutions in Group Annuity Operations. In this full-time role, you'll proactively manage group annuity deals, ensuring compliance and driving results.
As the Manager of Pension Solutions, you'll be essential for effectively overseeing our group annuity business line. This role requires at least five years of experience in pension administration, strong analytical and organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. You will collaborate with stakeholders to onboard and implement annuity contracts while maintaining regulatory compliance and addressing any complex administration challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support onboarding and servicing of group annuity contracts
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Drive process improvements and document enhancements
• Verify client data and plan provisions in systems
• Coordinate kick-off meetings with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in pension administration or consulting
• Strong knowledge of pension legislation and calculations
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proven history of taking initiative and solving problems
• Bilingualism is a plus
