In this full-time role, you will be responsible for investigating fraud and reviewing cardholder claims, directly impacting the financial security of both members and the Credit Union. Your expertise in account servicing and fraud investigation is crucial to maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive information. You will also conduct interviews and collaborate with law enforcement if necessary, making your role critical in protecting member assets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in debit and credit card fraud investigations
• Conduct interviews with members and external providers
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Reconcile high-volume general ledger accounts
• Research account issues for resolution
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational skills in fast-paced settings
• Knowledge of legal requirements in financial services
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
