You will also conduct interviews and collaborate with law enforcement if necessary, making your role critical in protecting member assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in debit and credit card fraud investigations

• Conduct interviews with members and external providers

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Reconcile high-volume general ledger accounts

• Research account issues for resolution

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 1-3 years of relevant experience

• Strong organizational skills in fast-paced settings

• Knowledge of legal requirements in financial services

• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
