Position: Financial Leadership Controller Role
Join Stanley Electrical & Mechanical as a Controller and oversee essential financial operations in Manitoba. This role emphasizes critical financial leadership, reporting, and strategic planning.

In this hands-on position, you will report to the Owner and steer the financial direction of Stanley. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day accounting oversight, financial analysis, and fostering operational performance. You will play a significant role in ensuring the integrity of financial processes and enhancing reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities

• Implement financial systems to improve reporting accuracy

• Analyze financial performance against forecasts and budgets

• Direct annual budgeting and long-term financial planning

• Maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

• CPA designation is an asset

• 5-8+ years of relevant accounting experience

• Proven hands-on approach in financial leadership

• Advanced skills in Excel and accounting tools
