Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with daily banking transactions and advice

• Direct clients to appropriate staff for financial help

• Educate on mobile and online banking platforms

• Report on unresolved issues to management promptly

• Suggest process improvements for customer service

Requirements:

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience

• Investment Funds Canada (IFC) qualification needed post-hire

• Knowledge of banking solutions and related software

• Strong organizational and planning abilities

• Excellent customer interaction skills, both verbal and written
