Position: Group Advantage Consultant Role
Drive client success with RBC as a Group Advantage Consultant focusing on retirement savings solutions. Work remotely in Winnipeg, Saskatoon, or Regina while building strong business relationships.

In this influential role, you will engage corporate clients to deliver tailored financial wellness initiatives. Your primary focus will be establishing a referral network and advocating for our Group Retirement Savings products. This position demands self-motivation and strong interpersonal skills to successfully manage relationships and promote solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Allocate time between lead generation and sales support

• Recognize referral prospects for banking assistance programs

• Champion the RBC value proposition in external markets

• Network with senior managers in personal and commercial banking

• Drive the recruitment of Group Advantage Sponsors

Requirements:

• Exceptional skills in networking and business growth

• Ability to foster internal and external relationships

• Self-management skills to achieve set targets

• Hold or pursue an RPA or CEBS designation

• Established referral network or centers of influence

Promote financial resilience and develop corporate relationships effectively as a consultant.
