Lead Monster Energy's financial strategy as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives to enhance corporate financial performance.
In this director role, you will ensure financial integrity in strategic planning and lead the FP&A team in budgeting and forecasting at Monster Energy. Your responsibility includes managing interactions with executive teams to align financial strategies with business objectives. Foster an environment of data accuracy and process optimization to support corporate initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct financial planning and budgeting processes
• Facilitate strategic analysis with executive management
• Enhance and optimize business processes for FP&A
• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and internal metrics
• Support investment teams with transaction analyses
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Over 10 years of relevant FP&A experience
• Strong knowledge in US GAAP and financial modeling
• Experience with SAP SAC/FP&A Planning a plus
• 3+ years of leadership in finance roles
