As a participant in the Developing Investment Advisor Program, you will build expertise in technical and interpersonal areas vital for success. The program provides enhanced coaching, in-branch training, and support to cultivate your client portfolio. You’ll engage with HNW and UHNW clients, developing personalized wealth management strategies while exploring business growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a client base of high-net-worth individuals

• Develop tailored wealth management strategies for clients

• Make portfolio recommendations and monitor performance

• Implement business plans to increase client market share

• Provide collaborative goal-based wealth advice with TD Partners

Requirements:

• Undergraduate Degree in finance, business, or economics

• Licensed Registered Representative with CIRO

• 3+ years in a client-facing or relationship role

• Knowledge of investment markets and portfolio management

• Ability to achieve Life Insurance License within 6 months
