As a key player in MNP, you'll join a team dedicated to assisting small and mid-sized businesses thrive in a dynamic financial landscape. Your expertise in financial reporting, business process improvement, and modeling will empower clients to make informed decisions. Additionally, you will lead and coach your team while engaging in business development activities to expand MNP's outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed financial reports and analyze key metrics

• Identify optimization opportunities in clients' accounting processes

• Build dynamic financial models for forecasting and budgeting

• Cultivate strong client relationships and collaborate on advisory services

• Participate in networking events to drive new business opportunities

Requirements:

• CPA designation or in pursuit of CPA

• Degree in finance, accounting, or related fields

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience preferred

• Familiarity with accounting software and financial modeling

• Willingness to travel for client engagement
