As a Regional Enablement Coach, you will enhance the capabilities of the Financial Planning team through targeted initiatives. Focus on coaching that delivers exceptional client experiences and improves sales planning. Your leadership in practice management routines will ensure clients receive personalized service and regular interactions.

• Embed initiatives aligned with Your Future by Design
• Build multi-channel client access coaching capabilities
• Enhance sales planning through effective routines
• Ensure consistent client interactions with Financial Planners
• Partner with businesses to drive regional success
Requirements:
• Strong investment and credit experience
• Solid organizational and planning knowledge
• Proven skills in 1:1 and team coaching
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Knowledge of Personal and Commercial Banking
