Reporting to the Vice President, Correspondent & Institutional, you will ensure operational excellence for Aviso Correspondent Partners. This position requires building robust relationships with portfolio managers and financial firms. You will engage with clients to ensure smooth transitions and troubleshoot service challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage key partner relationships focusing on operations
• Collaborate with departments to resolve service issues
• Provide business analysis to support partner needs
• Develop and implement partner communication strategies
• Assist in analysis and optimization of operational processes
Requirements:
• 5 years’ experience in financial services operations
• Degree in business or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and Power Point
Contribute to optimized client experiences and operational improvements as part of the Aviso Wealth team.
