You will monitor member accounts, conduct needs-based interviews, and adjudicate applications for a variety of lending products. The aim is to deliver top-notch service while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review daily and monthly lending reports for action

• Conduct interviews to assess lending needs and preferences

• Analyze applications for Mortgages, Loans, and Lines of Credit

• Address member inquiries regarding lending services

• Ensure compliance with legal and procedural standards

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of lending experience or relevant education

• Sales experience in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of lending principles and financial analysis

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Effective time management and organizational abilities
