This full-time, on-site role seeks an individual with a background in business and at least two years of lending experience. You'll engage members through phone, email, and in-person interviews, assessing lending needs while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal protocols to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews to identify lending needs and recommend solutions

• Analyze applications for mortgages and loans to evaluate creditworthiness

• Provide knowledgeable responses to member inquiries regarding lending

• Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance member satisfaction

• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and security protocols

Requirements:

• Post-secondary business education or 2–5 years lending experience

• Proven ability to excel in a sales-oriented, dynamic environment

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions

• Digital literacy in various systems and credit union products
