As a full-time Financial Analyst, you'll report directly to the Director of Technical Accounting. Your main responsibilities include preparing detailed external reports, particularly Form 10Q/K, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role provides great exposure to senior management and complex financial structures, enhancing your professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial variances

• Handle intercompany transaction entries

• Assist in 10Q and 10K preparation

• Participate in audits and reviews

• Conduct technical accounting research

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or Accounting

• CPA or in process of obtaining CPA

• 4-5 years of finance experience

• Familiarity with financial software

• Background in SOX compliance
