This full-time, shift-oriented position offers flexibility during a 24/7 schedule at the RBC Advice Centre. You will educate clients on security and recommend solutions tailored to their needs while resolving concerns efficiently. Cultivating partnerships and adhering to compliance are key to managing risks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve clients via phone and email for support
• Offer guidance on fraud prevention techniques
• Address issues promptly at first point of contact
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet client goals
• Ensure adherence to compliance protocols
Requirements:
• Previous customer service experience essential
• Excellent problem resolution abilities
• Desire to build lasting client relationships
• Flexible shifts from Monday to Sunday
• Strong written and verbal English skills
