Reporting to a Senior Investment Advisor, you'll engage in building client relationships and performing critical administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication

• Provide personalized investment advice tailored to client profiles

• Maintain compliance with CIRO regulations and documentation standards

• Assist in processing transactions and account changes efficiently

• Research investment products and industry information to support advisors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or related field

• 3-5 years’ experience in financial services

• CIRO Registered Investment Representative status

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
