Controller for Real Estate Investments

Direct financial operations as a Controller at Private Pension Partners, overseeing accounting and treasury for real estate investment funds. Support executive decisions through financial insights and performance analysis.

Private Pension Partners is searching for a Controller, reporting to the VP of Finance to manage day-to-day accounting and financial analysis for our investment funds and group companies. This pivotal role will oversee financial reporting, asset management, and improve financial processes while ensuring internal controls are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting for the group and subsidiaries

• Lead monthly and annual financial close processes

• Manage accounting for real estate acquisitions and developments

• Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions

• Coordinate audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation

• Keen interest in commercial real estate

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with Yardi and/or Net Suite software
