Reporting to the Operational Controller, the Financial Analyst, Operations will work closely with the districts to ensure information is processed accurately and in a timely manner.

This position is based in Winnipeg, MB.What You Will Be Working OnImport journal entries and Chart of Accounts.

Create and maintain project and customer data within ERP.Data input and posting of Accounts Receivable invoices

Accounts Payable invoice processing as required.

Assist with project cost allocations and variance analysis.

Support district teams with routine financial inquiries, reporting requests, and data validation.

Prepare and maintain financial reports, reconciliations, and analysis spreadsheets.

Support month-end closing processes.

Assist with audit, tax, and internal control support by gathering documentation and responding to information requests.

Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, process efficiency, and consistency across operational finance activities.

Maintain organized filing and records management for construction contracts.

Required to communicate, verbally or written, with internal and external parties.

Ensures compliance with Company Policies and Procedures Execute additional duties and requests as assigned.

What We Are Looking For Undergraduate degree or diploma in business administration with a focus in accounting

Knowledge of Viewpoint and OnBase is considered an asset

Sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals

Able to work independently

Strong written and oral communication skills

Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities; capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment

Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve them
