NSL Winnipeg, a new club in Canada’s women's soccer league, is hiring a Director of Finance & Operations to shape its financial landscape. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will establish budgeting, reporting, and administrative frameworks essential for the club's success. Your expertise will directly influence the club's sustainable growth as it launches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial management including month-end close and reconciliations

• Develop and implement annual budgets and forecasts

• Create clear and concise financial reports for Club leadership

• Establish financial control policies and coordinate audits

• Oversee employee onboarding, payroll, and benefits

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years in finance roles with full-cycle accounting

• Degree in a related field; CPA preferred

• Experience with cash management in fluctuating revenue scenarios

• Background in building processes within new organizations

• Strong organization and adaptability under evolving priorities
