Wellington-Altus Financial Inc. is looking for a Financial Operations Associate, reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations Account Services. Your contributions will involve coordinating responses to documentation queries and optimizing department procedures. Ideal candidates will possess administrative experience in financial services and a strong customer service orientation, alongside proficiency in MSOffice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and review department protocols for operational effectiveness

• Manage documentation and account opening requests efficiently

• Handle the Doc Support Inbox and ticket assignment processes

• Support collaborations with various departments for client assistance

• Maintain electronic documentation securely and accurately

Requirements:

• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• 1-2 years in customer/client service roles

• Proficient in MSOffice suite and related software

• Attention to detail and organizational skills
