Financial Controller in Real Estate

As the Financial Controller at Private Pension Partners, you will oversee the financial and accounting operations for our real estate entities. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, you will contribute to enhancing financial processes and support executive teams through detailed financial analyses, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial reporting for subsidiaries and investment funds

• Direct monthly and annual financial closing activities

• Handle accounting for acquisitions and developments

• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and treasury functions

• Liaise with auditors and ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with a focus in accounting or finance

• CPA designation required

• Interest in commercial real estate financial management

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Experience in Yardi and/or Net Suite preferred
