We support individuals, families, and business owners who want clear financial direction and structured growth, with a focus on education, planning, and accountability. Our approach guides clients through financial planning, investment strategy, insurance protection, and coaching built around real goals, and we’re now growing our advisory team to serve clients across Canada and the United States.

We’re looking for motivated Insurance & Financial Advisors to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in financial services
, or add a flexible income stream, while helping families and business owners plan with confidence.

• Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and current position
• Recommend insurance and financial solutions aligned with client needs
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Stay current on products, licensing requirements, and industry standards
• Represent Wisdom Connect’s values of clarity, structure, and accountability

• Must be eligible to work in Canada
• Self‑motivated with strong communication skills
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services is an asset,
  but not required
• Licensed advisors welcome; support provided for those pursuing licensing
