This term position focuses on supporting the Senior Business Operations Specialist in developing process documentation and SOPs. Your contributions will be vital in identifying gaps and collaborating across departments to improve efficiencies for upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and improve process documentation and SOPs

• Support project delivery and operational transition

• Recommend improvements for workflow efficiencies

• Work with teams to align operational processes

• Maintain service quality and documentation accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar

• 2-3 years’ experience within financial services

• Expertise in MS Office, especially Excel

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
