The successful candidate will spearhead credit structuring activities within Private Banking, analyzing new applications, and ensuring strategic compliance. You will play a vital role in developing tailored credit proposals, advising on loan terms, and addressing concerns related to documentation and client preferences. Collaboration with the Private Banker and senior management will be essential in mitigating risks and enhancing the credit experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and structure credit proposals efficiently
• Advise on loan pricing and risk mitigation strategies
• Conduct annual reviews of client credit
• Proactively identify issues and provide solutions
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
Requirements:
• 3-5 years' experience in Commercial Banking
• Strong risk assessment and deal structuring skills
• Knowledge of credit administration and documentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Degree in business, finance, or related discipline
