Senior Financial Analyst Supply Chain at Lush

As a key partner to Freight, Distribution, and other teams, you will focus on forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Freight to forecast financial drivers

• Deliver month-end analysis and variance reporting

• Develop dashboards for logistics KPIs

• Support RFQ processes with data and recommendations

• Analyze monthly freight and logistics spending

Requirements:

• 3+ years in financial analysis or FP&A

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling

• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

• On-site work required five days a week
