MNP Associate Corporate Finance Team

MNP is looking for an Associate to join its Corporate Finance team. This role emphasizes your analytical prowess in transaction advisory services within a flexible and supportive environment.

Working as part of a vibrant team, you will focus on assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, providing insight into financial analysis, and drafting necessary client documents. Your responsibilities will include communicating with stakeholders and developing comprehensive project plans, enhancing relationships with clients as you support their strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze risks and key value drivers of deals

• Prepare confidential memorandums for prospective buyers

• Collaborate with clients and advisors during M&A

• Execute detailed analyses to identify growth opportunities

• Build financial models and projections for clients

Requirements:

• CPA designation in progress or completed

• 2-4 years of public practice experience

• Familiarity with M&A processes is beneficial

• Possess strong technical accounting knowledge

• Solid analytical skills in financial statements
