Drive client satisfaction as an Insolvency Officer at RBC, ensuring smooth transactions and compliance while working in a dynamic team environment. This full-time role requires a proactive mindset.
In this role at RBC, you will address complex client inquiries surrounding bankruptcies and credit counseling. Your 2+ years of Collections experience will be pivotal as you assess risk and provide timely resolutions to client issues. Your negotiation skills and ability to collaborate with team members will ensure the alignment with RBC’s operational goals and the delivery of outstanding client services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex transactions for bankruptcies and consumer proposals
• Provide approvals and make critical decisions
• Generate risk reports for operational assessment
• Take calls from clients, trustees, and partners
• Resolve issues related to group functions
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of Collections experience
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with balancing client service and risk
• Flexible availability for shifts within 8 am - 6 pm hours
• Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
