Location: Portage la Prairie

As a Banquet Captain at Canad Inns, you will manage all facets of banquet events with professionalism and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise banquet staff for outstanding service
• Set up banquet spaces per client specifications
• Communicate with clients regarding their needs
• Oversee cleanup and breakdown after events
• Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
