Starting Rate$20.18 per hour. We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $25.54.
Job Duties- Consistently provide skilled, friendly, and engaging service while managing Spa reservations, internal and external communications, and monitoring voicemail.
- Produce, audit, and update daily reports for Spa segments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Spa Sales, Reception, and Leadership teams to meet/exceed client expectations, booking quotas, and promotional goals.
- Promote Hotel services, maintain strong product knowledge of Spa offerings, and assist guests in treatment selection and retail sales.
- Support Spa operations as needed, including reception, attending, group sales, record‑keeping, and any other assigned duties.
- Previous reservations or sales experience is an asset.
- Opera Property Manager System (PMS) and Central Reservations System (CRS) experience an asset.

Time booking system experience an asset. - Must display strong communication, analytical, organizational and administrative skills to be able to deal with multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Word, and Excel.
- Must be willing to work shifts (including split shifts) and varied days off on occasion and be able to sit for long periods.
