Your role includes managing reservations and guest payments.
In this position, you'll manage check-ins and check-outs while working closely with other departments. Your ability to handle queries while keeping the front desk area organized is crucial. Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and cash-handling procedures will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Register guests and manage room assignments effectively
• Process check-outs and update ledger accounts
• Report unusual incidents to management promptly
• Coordinate with maintenance on room status updates
• Follow safety and emergency procedures diligently
Requirements:
• High school graduate or equivalent is required
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Must speak, read, and write the primary workplace language
• Familiarity with Opera system desired
• Night audit experience is beneficial but not mandatory
