GHGC, known for its excellence in hospitality, seeks a Junior Maître d'Hôtel with 2 to 3 years of experience. This role involves welcoming guests, handling special requests, and overseeing communication between the kitchen and dining room. Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and ensure satisfaction during services
• Manage reservations and oversee daily dining room inspections
• Handle complaints, allergies, and special requests professionally
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and support dining room team supervision
• Perform cash counting and assist in inventory management
Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of restaurant or hotel industry experience
• DEC in restaurant management or relevant training
• Bilingual in French and English
• Knowledge of Light Speed is preferred
• MAPAQ or sommelier certification is an asset
