As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests in our hotels. Your responsibilities include checking guests in and out, assisting with luggage, and addressing inquiries. You'll utilize your strong communication skills to manage bookings and provide guests with valuable information about local activities and attractions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests warmly at the front desk
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and luggage assistance
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone and email
• Issue room keys and prepare billing information
• Maintain a tidy front desk area
Requirements:
• Minimum one year experience as a front desk clerk
• Strong customer service and management skills
• Proficiency with Opera/Opera Cloud software
• Excellent communication abilities
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
