Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly at check-in and check-out
• Address guest inquiries and arrange transportation
• Handle telephone and email reservations
• Compute bills, process payments, and manage cash flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk area
Requirements:
• Two-year apprenticeship in hotel management preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience at a hotel front desk
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficient in Opera/Opera Cloud
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
