The Patron Services Manager oversees Box Office, Front Desk, and Front of House operations, aiming to establish a service culture rooted in hospitality and accountability. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day Patron Services operations effectively
• Supervise and support full and part-time staff and volunteers

• Oversee Box Office operations and ensure revenue controls
• Coordinate patron accessibility and event guest services
Requirements:
• 5+ years in customer service, hospitality, or retail
• 1-2 years of management experience required
• Experience in Front of House operations preferred
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills needed
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like Tessitura preferred
