Hotel General Manager Position

Location: Portage la Prairie

Join a dynamic hotel as a General Manager with a salary range of CAD 42.40 to 44.00 per hour for full-time permanent work. Focus on customer satisfaction and efficient management.

This role requires on-site management with strong experience in hotel operations. Applicants should hold a secondary school graduation certificate and possess 3 to 5 years of relevant managerial experience. Your leadership will drive budget preparation, staff supervision, and maintenance oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate departmental activities and workflow

• Resolve customer complaints and feedback swiftly

• Monitor revenue and manage expenses through budgeting

• Negotiate agreements for facility usage with clients

• Develop and implement operational policies

• Hire, supervise, and manage staff schedules

Requirements:

• Completed secondary school graduation

• 3-5 years of managerial experience in hospitality

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Work must be performed on-site

• Must be authorized to work in Canada
