Position: Professional Valet Attendant at Eminent Valet
Join Eminent Valet as a Professional Valet Attendant, where you'll ensure a seamless and luxurious valet experience for hotel guests. Strong focus on customer service and safe driving is required.

In this guest-facing role, you will engage with hotel visitors and manage their vehicle requirements promptly and efficiently. Attention to detail and effective communication skills will ensure the safety of vehicles and satisfaction of guests. Reporting directly to the Ramp Captain, you will also help maintain peak operation during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests promptly and courteously

• Confirm all vehicle details with clear communication

• Conduct detailed pre-acceptance inspections

• Safely handle parking and retrieval of vehicles

• Keep track of keys securely and follow ticketing procedures

Requirements:

• Proven customer service skills in high-end environments

• Calm and professional under stressful conditions

• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record

• Minimum age of 23 and residency in Canada

• Capable of driving both automatic and manual vehicles
