Join Sandman Hotel Group as a Front Desk Guest Service Agent, where your customer service expertise will shine. In this role, you will create an inviting atmosphere for all guests.
You will play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction at our hotels. Your tasks include checking guests in and out and providing assistance with any inquiries they may have about hotel services or local attractions. You will also handle reservations and maintain a clean front desk space while presenting a professional image.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk operations and guest interactions
• Assist with luggage and provide check-in/out services
• Address guest inquiries and arrange transportation
• Print daily reports on room status and reservations
• Ensure all front desk supplies are stocked
Requirements:
• One year of hotel front desk experience required
• Strong customer relations and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of accounting and financial principles
• High proficiency in Opera/Opera Cloud
• Eligibility to work legally in Canada
